一 |     (ECNS) -- China has allocated 180 million yuan (about $26.52 million) in emergency disaster relief funds as heavy rains brought by Typhoon Dolphin triggered flooding in eastern provinces while drought conditions worsened in the northwest.    China's Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Emergency Management allocated 120 million yuan to Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian and Jiangxi on Monday to support flood and typhoon response, including evacuations, emergency rescue and repairs to damaged homes.    Another 60 million yuan was allocated to Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps to address ongoing drought conditions.    Authorities have been urged to promptly distribute the funds and ensure they are used for disaster relief and affected communities.                                。

二 |     (ECNS) -- The 21st Chinese medical team sent to Guyana recently offered free consultations to more than 100 Chinese employees working on Belt and Road projects.     Visiting a project camp operated by China CAME Engineering Company, the team provided checks across multiple specialties, including blood pressure and glucose testing, and distributed common medicines.        Team leader Li Huansong learned that many Chinese workers face health issues due to long hours working in hot and humid environments, as well as limited local medical resources and language barriers.    The team also offered advice on tropical disease prevention, heat protection, first aid and mental health care.    Workers said the service improved health for overseas workers and supported the exchanges between the two countries.    (By Helen Mo, intern Liu Shuangjing)                         。
